Vancouver 2010 winter olympics contests will take place in two cities - Vancouver and Whistler. 2010 Winter Olympics will be held February 12-28, 2010.

• 302 medal sets will be given during 17 olympic days
• over 1,7 millon tickets will be available for Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games
• olympic organisators expect, that approximately three quarters of tickets will be sold to residental visitors
• 5500 sportmen and 1400 officials from 90 countries will participate in Vancouver 2010 winter Olympics
• it is expected participation of 9600 journalists and commentators
• accommodation will be provided in Vancouver and Whistler cities
• 650 referees will be watching over running of the games
